It’s Maureen here! As the Operations Director of the Des Collines Health Foundation, I couldn’t be more thrilled to be working with you all to make a difference in our community. With the help of our dedicated board members, summer staff, volunteers, and local businesses, we’ve been able to make a real impact on the lives of families, children, and seniors in our area.
Just wanted to quickly catch you upon what we’ve been up to.
Thanks to your generosity, we’ve committed $259,000 to equip local health care facilities over the past 5 years. And we’re not stopping there! We’ve just committed to funding over $40,000 in new projects, including a motorized lift for the hospital, a bariatric bed for the CHSLD, and more. Keep in mind, we expect to receive even more funding requests as the year progresses.
