It’s time to rouse the neighbours and dig out your wigs! Our fantastical masquerade party returns for the sixth edition of “Voulez-vous coucher avec la Des Collines Health Foundation” on April 5, 2025, at the Centre Wakefield La Pêche. This year’s theme is [re]Naissance—and as usual, anything goes. Teams comprised of local groups don wild costumes and perform choose-your-own-adventure styles of entertainment on a runway leading to a hospital bed.
This event is 100% volunteer run and all proceeds support improvements to the living environment in long-term care facilities in the Des Collines area. The Des Collines Health Foundation is a charity that invests in health care in the Gatineau Hills, including the CLSCs in Chelsea, Cantley, La Pêche and Val-des-Monts, the Wakefield Memorial Hospital, and the Centre d’hébergement des Collines (CHSLD) in Masham.
