The Des Collines Health Foundation is a charitable non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors whose goal is to raise funds to support the Centre de santé et de services sociaux des Collines (CSSSC). The Foundation purchases equipment to help our local health care facilities (Wakefield Memorial Hospital, Le Centre d’hébergement (CHSLD) and the CLSCs in La Pêche, Val-des-Mont and Cantley) by providing the highest level of patient care.
